I have always been a caring person, always the one people come to for support and advise, I thought I think being a carer would suit me, i have never felt so fulfilled in my life, my biggest regret is that I didn’t start this career when I was a lot younger, but what you get back from your clients makes going to work so worthwhile. Best job I have ever had, and first job where I can be myself and that is a plus, met so many amazing people and looked after many to the end, I really enjoy looking after people that are end of life, giving them support, laughter and strength to face their final days.
